All Momiko Organics garments are handcrafted in the USA of new and high-quality organic fabric. As with all fine garments, care is very important. We recommend washing all items in cold water, gentle cycle, and hang to dry.
All items are handcrafted with great attention to detail and fine tailoring in a non-smoking, sustainable environment. We do our very best to ensure that all items are sent and received as timely as possible.
Payment
PayPal is the preferred method of payment. Money orders and Personal Checks are accepted but items will not be shipped until the check is cleared.
Return &/or Exchange Policies
Customer service is one of our highest priorities at Momiko Organics. We happily offer exchanges and refunds on items returned in new condition within 14 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise for the purchase price minus shipping. Please contact us if you have any questions or issues with your order.
All items must have original tags attached. All items must be unworn and in new condition. All items must include original packaging. All items must be protected while in shipping as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged while in transit to us.

We are glad to exchange merchandise for a different size if in stock. If we do not have the item in stock, a store credit will be issued.
Any items that are purchased at a sale price will not be refunded. All "SALE" items purchased are FINAL.
Items that are custom made for you cannot be exchanged or refunded. Any items that are mongrammed or personalized cannot be exchanged or refunded. If you are not completely satisfied with your custom made product, every effort will be made to correct the issue.

We ship via US Postal Service's Priority Mail. All packages shipped within the United States will have a delivery notification to ensure guaranteed delivery.
All shipping on orders over $100.00 is free via US Postal Priority Mail in the continental United States.
Shipping Rates are added before taxes and are as follows:
$100.00 order and above = FREE Shipping
Taxes
Taxes will be applied to amount of purchase if shipping address is in the state of Texas.
